Morio Worms

Morios or Super Giant Mealworms as they are also known, are a clean protein rich livefood and are extremely easy to store for long periods. These are popular as livefoods for larger species of birds and lizards. Regarded by professional breeders as the perfect livefood for Bearded Dragons.

Morios or Super Giant Mealworms are bred from a different, larger beetle than regular Mealworms. However, they are equally nutritious and because they are fed a similar diet, they are an equally safe livefoods to use. Large, heavy bodied Lizards such as Bearded Dragons are attracted to the movement of Morios. Morios are extremely popular with Monkeys and other small carnivorous animals and larger birds.
