Description

Polka dot plants in their native habitat can get up to 3 feet in height. The foliage is the main reason to use this plant, offering a great splash of colour to the terrarium floor.

The plant will give you the best color when it is in a low light situation, but this causes the canes to lengthen and get leggy while searching for light, so indirect bright light is the best overall. The soil must be constantly and evenly moist with high humidity and good airflow. Waterlogged or stagnant conditions will cause the plants to rot, so good drainage is a must.
