Dracaena Bicolour – Dragon Tree – 30cm

Description

Native to Madagascar, Dracaena marginata is a classic terrarium plant that loves warmth. Very cold sensitive, dragon tree is grown in the landscape in only the warmest regions. The leaves are long, linear, narrow, attached to the stem without a stalk. The cultivar ‘Bicolor’ has leaves which are gray green with red and white margins.

Bicolour grow best at between 24-26c in bright, indirect light, but many are also tolerant of lower light. If a plant that has been growing in dim light is moved to a brighter spot, the new leaves will be thicker and stronger and growth rate will increase.
